Recently, Ms. Woo performed as a quarterfinalist in the 2022 Indianapolis International Violin Competition and was also invited to compete at the 2022 Henryk Wieniawski International Violin Competition. She was awarded third prize at the 2019 Gisborne International Music Competition in New Zealand and advanced to the quarter-final round in the 2020 Elmar Oliveira International Violin Competition in Boca Raton, FL. Previously, she was invited to compete in the 2020 International Mozart Competition in Salzburg, Austria in addition to the 2019 Michael Hill International Violin Competition in Auckland, New Zealand.

Among many other honors, Ms. Woo was chosen as the concerto competition winner at the 2018 and 2017 Aspen Music Festival and School’s competitions and was also named a finalist in the process of selecting the 2016 U.S. Presidential Scholars in the Arts.

Ms. Woo has performed in collaboration with Walt Disney Animation Studios as part of the world premiere of “A Decade in Concert” in Aspen, CO as well as alongside distinguished artists such as violinist, Sarah Chang, two-time Grammy winner, Andra Day, Grammy Award-winning performer, Leslie Odom Jr., Hugh Wolff, John Morris Russell, Christopher O’ Riley from NPR’s From the Top, and composer, Behzad Ranjbaran. Further, she has performed in venues such as the New World Center in Miami, the Concertgebouw and NedPho in Amsterdam, Tivolis Koncertsal, Smetana Hall in Prague, National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts - Weiwuying Concert Hall, National Taichung Theater Playhouse, TNUA Concert Hall, Benedict Music Tent in Aspen, Colorado, Weill Recital Hall and Stern Auditorium at Carnegie Hall, Terrace Theater at the Kennedy Center, Merkin Concert Hall at Kaufman Music Center, and Alice Tully Hall and Rose Studio at the Lincoln Center. In addition, Ms. Woo frequently performs as part of the New York Philharmonic.

After spending two years in the Columbia-Juilliard Exchange Program as a Neuroscience and Behavior major on the Pre-Health track, Ms. Woo has graduated from the Juilliard School as a recipient of the Jerome L. Greene Fellowship, studying with Ms. Sylvia Rosenberg, Mr. Masao Kawasaki, and Ms. Sheryl Staples with both her Bachelor of Music and Master of Music degrees.
