About this Artist

Mateo Carrasco Cardona is a versatile performer with experience in new media and theater. He has lent his voice to projects such as La Trenza: The Story of Colors and La Trenza: Pancho Rabbit and the Coyote all produced by Indio Ink Productions. In theater, Mateo Carrasco Cardona has worked as a puppeteer in Cancion del Inmigrante: Latin Folk Opera, a multimedia project with live music, shadow puppetry and dance. Mateo has participated in various stage productions, including The Truth of Bones and A Silvery Night (Company of Strangers), and the Skirball Puppet Festival from 2018 to 2019. His training includes acting and creative writing at Casa 0101, voiceover training with Raul and Guadalupe Cardona, and formal instruction at Teatro Arroyo.
